Beth Maher

Beth has been teaching Pilates mat classes since 2007. After an extensive career in corporate finance followed by four years of co-owning and operating a graphic design business, Beth reinvented herself again in order to focus on raising her family and to bring to others her passion for fitness. Beth is certified through several fitness organizations including AAAI/International Sports Medicine Assoc., SCW, Peak Pilates, as well as having completed CPR, nutrition, yoga and Boston Body Barre certifications. After training with giants in the fitness industry, masters in the Pilates industry, as well as practicing yoga at Yoga Mandala since 2004, Beth has taken her knowledge and experience and designed a total body conditioning, Pilates-based workout that seeks to build core strength, flexibility, and coordination without adding muscle bulk.

Beth has been teaching at clients’ homes and various locations around Winchester and Reading for five years. After developing a fabulous and dedicated clientele, she felt it was time to launch a business and find a space to call home. Beth has collaborated with her yoga teacher, Nicole Grant, of Yoga Mandala (formerly located in downtown Winchester) to open a new location with two studios that could accommodate a large yoga following as well as a growing assembly of Core Conditioning devotees.

With the new studio, Beth was able to incorporate her latest initiative—Barre classes. The ballet barre allows you to seriously focus on trouble areas (thighs, hips and butts). We have put our own Core Elements spin on the class to make it incredibly fun, upbeat, and will have you sculpted in no time.
