Core Strength & Conditioning (All levels)
A challenging workout that can be modified to accommodate all levels of fitness. While the class targets all the muscle groups, there is a focus on core strengthening. This group class combines Pilates principals with the latest strength training moves. We throw in some ballet barre work to target the hips, thighs, and butt, and we incorporate yoga stretches to keep the muscles long and lean. This is all choreographed to fabulous music. Use of hand weights, small ball, pilates rings and gliding disks keep this class ever-changing. It is a serious total-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more limber.

Core Strength & Stretch (Beg/Intermed)
Following a similar format as our Core Strength and Conditioning, this class starts with the basics of Pilates, and adds strength and conditioning moves along with yoga stretches. There is more detailed instruction given which makes it great for those that have never taken a class with Core Elements. It includes modifications and props for those that are either new to Pilates, new to working out, or for those who are working with an injury. It targets the total body and is suitable for any "body."

Core Strength & Conditioning (Intermed/Adv)
A fast-paced workout that will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility. Classes combine Pilates mat work with strength training moves, ballet barre work and yoga stretches all choreographed to an awesome playlist. While careful instruction and hands-on corrections are given, this class adds advanced moves and may not be suitable to beginners. Use of props such as hand weights, small ball, Pilates rings and gliding disks add to the unique design that will constantly challenge and confuse the muscles. It is a total-body, kick-butt workout. It will leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and energized.

Core Elements Barre
Like so many disciples of the Lotte Burke method of training (think Core Fusion, Bar Method, Pure Barre and Barre3) we have developed our own Core Elements Barre Class. This group class focuses on seriously strengthening, stretching, and sculpting thighs, hips, glutes, arms and abs using the ballet barre along with Pilates mat and strength training moves. It is a fun, upbeat, killer workout. Results will be a long, lean, toned body. This class can be modified for all fitness levels, from beginners to serious athletes.

New! Body Sculpt (All levels)
A one hour class designed to strengthen and tone all your major muscle groups. Exercises focus on increasing muscular endurance mixed with occasional low impact moves using hand weights, tubing, bands, gliders and other fitness props.
